The Many Lives of Andrew Young exhibit and book premiere at the Millennium Gate Museum

The Atlanta Press Club featured a conversation with journalist Ernie Suggs and ambassador Andrew Young about their recent book, “The Many Lives of Andrew Young” at the Millennium Gate Museum on Wednesday, August 24.

The 256-page coffee table book designed by Don Bermudez with a story by Atlanta Journal Constitution reporter Ernie Suggs includes an introduction by President Carter and Andrew J. Young Foundation Chairman Gaurav Kumar.

In honor of Andrew Young’s 90th birthday celebration, an exceptional exhibit and coffee table book were revealed to the public on March 12. The exhibit at the Millennium Gate Museum in Atlantic Station allows visitors to view amazing photographs and memorabilia from the 10 lives Andrew Young lived. Boyhood, cabinet minister, civil rights icon, congressman, United Nations ambassador, mayor of Atlanta, Centennial Olympics host, businessman, philanthropist, and documentary filmmaker.

Pages from the book have been translated into the exhibit which creates a grand graphic style that will adorn the walls of the Millennium Gate Museum through October.
